VP Association members meet informally for lunch at noon on the last Thursday of every month at the Officers' Club at Hanscom AFB in Bedford, MA. The monthly meeting schedule is adjusted, as required, when the last Thursday of the month falls on an important holiday week.

In addition, the VP Association holds an annual reunion banquet at the Hanscom AFB Officers' Club on a Saturday during September. The group's annual reunion features a buffet meal, slide shows and films, memorabilia displays, and good conversation with friends and former shipmates.
