VP Association members meet informally for lunch at noon on the second Thursday of every month at Warren's Place in the Whole Foods Plaza off Route 18 in South Weymouth, MA. The monthly meeting schedule is adjusted, as required, when the second Thursday of the month falls on an important holiday week.

In addition, the VP Association holds an annual reunion banquet in the Weymouth, MA area on a Saturday during the fall. The group's annual reunion features a buffet meal, slide shows and films, memorabilia displays, and good conversation with friends and former shipmates.
